Who is a Florist and what does he/she do?

A florist basically involves in floral trade. His prime responsibilities include handling and taking care of different types of flowers, merchandising, flower display at public places like exhibitions, shopping malls, interviews, companies, executive meetings, discos, wedding ceremonies, etc.

A floral design involves the art of decorating and arranging flowers in baskets, bouquets, banquets, ornamental grasses, etc. The artistic skills of a florist create a pleasing appearances like garlands, wreaths, corsages, bows, etc.
